Terms

Terms of Service

The basic terms for using this website, requesting estimates, scheduling work, and using Sasquatch Services online tools.

Use of this website

This website provides general information about Sasquatch Services and ways to request service, estimates, appointments, invoices, and customer support. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information.

Estimates and scope of work

Website information, pricing examples, promotions, and estimates are not final unless confirmed in writing by Sasquatch Services. Final scope, schedule, parts, materials, labor, permits, and pricing may change based on site conditions, availability, safety, utility requirements, and customer approvals.

Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, accurate property information, required permissions, and timely communication. We may reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, emergency calls, parts availability, illness, or other operational constraints.

Payments and invoices

Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice or written agreement. Online payments may be processed by Stripe. Late, declined, disputed, or unpaid amounts may result in paused service, collection activity, or additional charges where allowed by law and agreement.

Customer portal

Customer portal access is provided for convenience. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Warranties and third-party products

Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer. Any service warranty from Sasquatch Services must be stated in a written estimate, invoice, or agreement. We are not responsible for third-party outages, utility interruptions, satellite availability, carrier coverage, manufacturer defects, or conditions outside our control.

Safety and code compliance

Generator, electrical, network, security, and readiness work can involve safety-critical systems. We may decline, pause, or modify work if conditions appear unsafe, non-compliant, or outside the agreed scope.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sasquatch Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
