UL 325 safety sensors
Every powered gate we install carries at least two entrapment-protection safety devices — monitored photo-eyes and a resistive safety edge — the minimum UL 325 requires, not an upsell.
myQ, keypads & remotes
myQ smartphone app control, encrypted Security+ 2.0 remotes (up to 50 per operator), weatherproof keypads, and vehicle detector loops — programmed and paired so everyone who needs in, gets in.
Commercial & HOA-scale installs
LiftMaster CSW200UL commercial swing (1,600–2,000 lbs.) and SL3000UL commercial slide operators for HOAs, gated communities, and high-traffic commercial entrances, with access-control integration for shared or multi-tenant gates.

Products we install & service
Residential: LiftMaster LA400UL / LA500UL swing operators and RSL12UL slide operators, both solar-ready with battery backup. Commercial: CSW200UL swing (1/2 HP for gates to 18 ft./1,600 lbs., 1 HP for gates to 22 ft./2,000 lbs.) and SL3000UL slide operators for HOAs, gated communities, and high-traffic entrances.
Safety & code
UL 325 requires at least two functioning entrapment-protection safety devices on every powered gate. We install monitored photo-eyes and resistive safety edges to spec, and run a documented safety check on any existing gate operator we service — including ones we didn't install.
Access & control
myQ app control (with the LiftMaster Internet Gateway), Security+ 2.0 encrypted remotes, weatherproof keypads, and vehicle detector loops. For HOAs and commercial sites, we integrate LiftMaster's access-control hardware for multi-user, multi-gate management.
Power options
No power at the gate? Solar-ready operators plus battery backup keep gates cycling through extended outages — good news given how often Evergreen loses grid power to wind and PSPS events.
Service intervals
Gate operators want an annual check: gear and chain wear, photo-eye alignment, battery/solar panel condition, and hinge or track condition. We track yours and remind you.
Permitting & code
Gate operator installs at Evergreen-area properties follow Jefferson County (Evergreen's AHJ) setback and access requirements where applicable — we handle the paperwork.
