We use essential storage for site functionality and may use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics for website measurement after you accept analytics cookies. Email marketing and transactional email

Payments and customer portal

Payments may be processed by Stripe and account authentication may be provided by Clerk. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our systems. Payment, authentication, and portal providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including hosting, customer management, analytics, email, payment, authentication, and communications providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We keep information as long as needed for business operations, accounting, warranty and service history, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary depending on the type of record.

Your choices and requests

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information we maintain about you by emailing contact@sasquatch-services.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, safety, or legitimate business reasons.
