Evergreen, CO · Generator specialists

Generators that start when the wind doesn't stop.

Standby and portable generator installs, scheduled maintenance, load testing, and emergency readiness for Evergreen homes, ranches, restaurants, businesses, and commercial properties. Built for wildfire smoke, winter storms, and grid surprises.

Power that holds up to an Evergreen winter — and a wildfire summer.

A generator that won't crank at 4 a.m. in February isn't a generator. We install, service, and load-test standby and portable generators for Evergreen homes, ranches, restaurants (think walk-ins, line equipment, POS, and exhaust hoods), offices, retail spaces, HOAs, and other commercial sites — so when PSPS, ice, or a downed line takes the grid out, your fridge, well pump, heat, point-of-sale, and Wi-Fi keep running.

Whole-home standby installs

Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and Westinghouse standby installs with automatic transfer switches sized for your service. Permitting, gas line coordination, and final load test included.

Scheduled maintenance

Oil & filter changes, plug & belt inspection, coolant top-off, valve checks, and the boring-but-essential stuff that decides whether a generator runs in March.

Battery testing & replacement

Cold-weather battery failure is the #1 reason generators don't start. We pull the battery, load test it, and replace before it leaves you in the dark.

Load testing

We don't just confirm it starts — we confirm it runs your house. Resistive load bank testing reveals hidden weaknesses long before an outage does.

Portable & commercial setups

Inlet boxes and interlock kits for homes; bigger sizing, transfer-switch hardware, and documented startup procedures for shops, restaurants, and small commercial sites.

Readiness assessments

We walk your property and grade you: fuel reserve, transfer switch, runtime, exhaust, and what specifically to fix before next storm season.

What we actually do (no fluff)

Brands we install & service

Standby: Generac (Guardian, Protector), Kohler, Cummins, Briggs & Stratton, Champion Home Standby, Westinghouse WGen Home.
Portable / inverter (great for inlet-box + interlock home tie-ins): Honda EU/EM, Yamaha EF, Westinghouse iGen + WGen, Champion, Generac iQ / GP / XT, Predator (Harbor Freight), DuroMax XP, Briggs & Stratton Storm Responder, Pulsar, Firman, A-iPower, Ryobi, DeWalt. Anything mainstream we service — anything we don't, we'll tell you straight.

Service intervals

Most standby generators want service every ~100 runtime hours or annually. We track yours and remind you. After heavy use during an outage, follow-up service isn't optional.

Permitting & code

Generator + transfer switch installs are permitted with Jefferson County (Evergreen's AHJ) when required. Distance from openings, exhaust direction, gas pressure, commercial code — we handle it.

Wildfire / PSPS readiness

Public Safety Power Shutoffs are a recurring fact in Evergreen. We size fuel reserves, test transfer switches, and document runbooks for homes and businesses that need to keep operating when smoke is in the air.
